The Hawke Vantage 6-24x50 AO 10x Mil-Dot IR Scope features the H2 optics system that provides 3.5" eye relief and a wide field of view through its 11 layer fully multi-coated lenses. It uses a 50mm objective lens and a 1-inch aluminum mono-tube and delivers excellent performance in challenging lighting conditions or against dark targets because it offers five levels of red or green illumination on the reticle.
The lenses on this scope are shockproof, waterproof, nitrogen purged, and fog proof, which results in added reliability and bright and crisp views despite low light or poor weather. The low-profile capped turrets adjust for both elevation and windage in a range of 60 MOA in 1/4 MOA increments, and the adjustable objective provides parallax-free viewing from 15 yards to infinity.
The Hawke Vantage utilizes a second focal plane (SFP) mil-dot reticle with etched glass, and the spacing is accurate on the 10x magnification setting. It has a straightforward design with an uncluttered view, with four mil dots in each direction, and the option to illuminate the central portion on any of five brightness levels of green or red illumination.
The package includes a lens cloth, lens covers, instruction manual, and CR2032 battery for the reticle illumination.
